Romeo Muço

The founder

Romeo Muço.

I've been building AI automation in Italy since 2022. I have a solid technical background in automation, software, computing and programming: skills I bring to every project myself, from first prototype to production.

Today I build systems for people who actually want to use AI, not just have it on the website as a banner.

I work with small and medium businesses, creators, estate agencies and professional practices. The common thread? They all have something repetitive they do by hand today that a system could do around the clock.

My aim: make AI a practical tool, not a promise.

How we work

Four steps. The last one doesn't end.

No surprises. No thirty-page proposals. And I don't disappear after delivery.

Step 01

We listen.

A thirty-minute call to understand what you sell, how you talk to customers and where you lose time today. No cold quote: first we want to know whether we can genuinely help.

Step 02

We design.

We show you what we'll build before we build it. No thirty-page proposals: one clear page, a fixed price, precise timing. You decide whether it makes sense to go ahead.

Step 03

We build.

We build the system and try it on your real work. Nothing is handed over before it has actually been tested: we tell you it works, not that it's ready on paper.

Step 04

We stay.

This is where your AI Department begins: continuous oversight, a call every three weeks, and a system that improves as AI changes instead of quietly ageing.

What guides us

Four principles. Non-negotiable.

Clarity

We explain what we do in plain words, not jargon. You know exactly what you're buying.

Results

We don't sell demos. We sell systems that work every day, for real.

Current

We use the best tools available today, not what was fashionable five years ago. AI moves fast, so do we.

Simplicity

We build things that are simple to use. You don't need to understand how it works: it just has to work.
