• Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Collection and use of your personal data

Types of data collected

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information. The tracking technologies used are beacons, tags and scripts, to collect and track information and to improve and analyse our Service.

Use of your personal data

The Company may use personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the use of our Service.
• To manage your account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased.
• To contact you: to contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication.
• To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events we offer that are similar to those you have already purchased or enquired about.

Retention of your personal data

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Data from Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook)

When you use our Instagram account integration @romeoai.solutions by commenting on our public posts or sending direct messages, your data is processed through the Meta Platforms APIs (Instagram Graph API and Messenger Platform). Specifically:

• Instagram username and ID, to identify who comments or sends messages
• The text of the comment or message, to detect configured keywords (e.g. "AI", "TUTORIAL", "BUSINESS") and send an automatic reply with the relevant resource
• The unique comment or message ID and timestamp, to avoid duplicate replies

Processing takes place solely to provide a personalised automated reply (educational, direct marketing) only to users who voluntarily started the interaction by commenting on or messaging our channel. We do not send unsolicited communications, we do not share the data with advertisers, and we do not use it for advanced profiling.

The processed data is stored in our systems (Google Sheets for logging, Supabase for the engagement database, self-hosted n8n on Hostinger for orchestration) for up to 12 months, for the purpose of qualitative analysis of our educational content. After that period it is anonymised or deleted.

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@evolvia-italia.com (mailto:privacy@evolvia-italia.com). You can also revoke the authorisation given to our application directly in the Instagram app (Settings → Apps and websites → remove "Romeo AI App").

Security of your personal data

The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your privacy rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights covered by the GDPR. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your personal data.
